The following terms and conditions apply to hotel, vacation, tour bookings and transfers in Bulgaria made through www.Boiana-MG.com, www.Bulgaria-Trips-And-Tours.com, www.Bulgaria-City-Hotels.com, www.Bulgaria-Sea-Holiday.com, www.Bulgaria-Ski-Vacation.com, www.Bulgaria-Relax-And-SPA.com web sites. By accessing or using these web sites, you agree to our terms and conditions. www.Boiana-MG.com website and the other above mentioned web sites are owed and managed by BOIANA-MG Travel Company (BOIANA-MG).

BOIANA-MG uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. We will not give your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
RESERVATIONS for hotels or tours can be made directly to BOIANA-MG or to your local travel agency, which has contracted to sell products of BOIANA-MG. When you make reservation through a travel agency – partner of BOIANA-MG, all questions and items about the tour will be arranged only between you and our partner agent.
RESERVATION POLICY
We provide information concerning available hotels, facilities and rates. You are free to choose the hotel desired. You can request booking per e-mail or follow through our Booking form. Once your booking request is received, our reservation staff will get back to you within 24 hours during the working days (Monday-Friday) with room availability confirmation and will make a tentative booking. If the required hotel is fully booked we will offer you an alternative booking for hotels with similar standard and location. We will send our reservation confirmation email for your record that indicates the method of payment and the due date. A reservation is confirmed with a 100% payment, prior to the beginning of the services. After the confirmation, BOIANA-MG will send you the voucher and other applicable documents for the trip by fax or e-mail.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices of the hotels and programs include the tourist services exactly fixed in the package. All Early Booking Discounts are valid only for each hotels’ basis board offered, but not for dine supplements (BB, HB, FB, Al for example). All optional services are extra payable. Any tips and gratitude to guides, drivers or other personnel are subject to your own choice and generosity, as they are not included in any of the prices. Prices do not include transport to Bulgaria, insurances, visas (if necessary), room-service, laundry or other services of personal character. All prices are in EURO and all payments should be made in EURO. The price depends on the number of tourists for each trip. If you had paid a rate for small group, and later more people make reservations to come with you, the difference between the two prices will be refunded automatically. For hotels reservations up to 3 overnights, a handling fee of EUR 7 per person will be charged additionally.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
In order to secure your tentative hotel booking a minimum reservation deposit of 25% from the total amount is required to be paid via bank transfer or by Western Union. Payments via bank transfer are required with single payment 15 EUR bank processing fee. The minimum deposit for the tours booked is 50% of the total amount.
The side, sending the money pays all banking taxes and charges!
Cash payments are acceptable only when a transfer from the airport/port/train station to the hotel is ordered; they are due upon arrival, before accommodation, and are available only for the balance of your booking amount.
AMEDMENTS
If you wish to change dates, hotel, rooming list or some other details, please send us an e-mail or a fax message (please do not forget to put your reservation number in the message). Amendments are subject to availability. So, they may or may not be granted.
For making the programs even more attractive and pleasant for you, we can offer certain changes. We can make changes in the accommodation for same or higher category accommodation without notice and without extra charges, if this is required by conditions beyond our control. In such case you will be informed and you will have the choice to accept the changes, go to another tour or hotel, or cancel your trip. In this case of cancellation, the full sum will be refunded. The same principle is used, if there are less than a required minimum number of participants.
CANCELATIONS
Hotel and tour reservation cancellations are subject to both hotel’s and BOIANA-MG cancellation policy. Cancellations notified directly to the hotel will not be effective. Cancellation requests are accepted from BOIANA-MG only in writing. Only a confirmed cancellation by BOIANA-MG in writing is a matter of refund. Refunds are made based on the refund policies of BOIANA-MG.
Hotels cancellation and refund policy:
NB: This cancellation policy is not applicable for some of the city hotels in Bulgaria where you can cancel your hotel reservation 48 hours before arrival without any cancellation fee!
Tour cancellation and refund policy:
In case of a customer canceling his/her tour booking after the reservation deposit has been paid and the booking has been confirmed, BOIANA-MG reserves the right to withhold the reservation deposit in part for costs incurred. If a tour is cancelled by a customer more than 45 days prior to the tour-start date no any cancellation fees applies. If a tour is cancelled within 45 days from the departure the cancellation fees are as follows:

NB: This cancellation policy is not applicable for the short (one day or half day) trips in Bulgaria where you can cancel your trip reservation 2 days before the starting date without any cancellation fee!
RESPONSIBILITY
BOIANA-MG shall not be responsible for services, which are bought individually, not from Boiana-MG or from an agency, partner of it. BOIANA-MG shall not be responsible if a hotel reservation or tour (or part of a tour) fails due to military actions, terrorist acts, nature disasters or other unpredictable conditions. In such cases both sides will act according to the possibilities and their good will.

We do our best to ensure all hotel information on our web site is accurate. We make no representations that information is accurate and up to date or complete and accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by inaccurate information. This site provides a large amount of information and there will inevitably be errors in it. We accept no liability and offer no warranties in relation to it and its content, to the fullest extent such liability can be excluded by law. We reserve the right to change, amend or alter hotel information, prices or any conditions stated herein without prior notice.
